Although Laox has already opened brick-and-mortar stores in China, in response to changes in the market environment in China, we will shift to an omni-channel strategy that encompasses an EC (electronic commerce) website. This move is intended to improve our earnings structure. Suning Appliance, our parent company, already operates, China’s third-ranked* EC site. The site features Laox flagship stores.
