Koala.com is the cross-border E-commerce platform that has the largest market share in China. Upon entering the partnership, we officially opened Laox Overseas Flagship Store on Kaola.com.<br>\r\n<br>\r\nKaola.com is a cross-border E-commerce platform operated by HQG Ltd., a subsidiary of NetEase, a leading portal site in China. Since its launch in 2015, Kaola.com has steadily increased its market share as a cross-border E-commerce platform for people in China, as its motto of \u201c100% guarantee of genuineness\u201dgained trust from customers. In the Chinese cross-border E-commerce market, Kaola.com won the largest share in 2017, surpassing T-mall Global and JD Worldwide \u2013 two giants in the domestic E-commerce market in China according to the data published by iiMedia Research.<br>\r\n<br>\r\nLaox Overseas Flagship Store on Kaola.com carries about 300 items including hair care &#038; beauty appliances and household products, centered on items for which we receive repeat orders from customers in China and those popular among Japanese customers. To mark the opening, we are offering special discounts on popular items and discount coupons corresponding to the purchase amount. We will also expand our product assortment.<br>\r\n<br>\r\nWith Laox Overseas Flagship Store opened on Kaola.com, the largest cross-order E-commerce platform in China, in addition to our flagship stores on T-mall Global, China\u2019s largest E-commerce platform and on Suning.com, operated by our parent company, we have built up an expansive E-commerce business system. Under our third medium-term management plan, we have been striving to shift to what we call active business where we reach out to potential customers through multi-channel engagement such as E-commerce platforms.
