Announcement of the extension of the period of silence

Laox Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) noticed on May 12 the undetermined schedule of announce its financial results for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2020, the Company would like to notify that we will announce the financial results on June 12.
For this reason, we have decided to observe a period of IR silence from April 24 to June 12.

During this period, we will refrain from commenting on or answering questions about the financial results.

However, if a fact that falls within the scope of timely disclosure occurs during this period, the Company will make a timely announcement in accordance with the Timely Disclosure Rules.
