Notice of refraining from IR activities during the quiet period.

In order to prevent leaks of information related to our financial statement and ensure fairness, we will refrain from investor relations activities during the quiet period from July October 24th (Thursday) to November 14th (Thursday).

Please understand that we will not be able to comment on, or answer questions about, our financial settlement during this period.

Starting from the third quater of the 44th fiscal year, our quiet period will begin three weeks before the aoouncement of the settlement and end on the day of the announcement.

However, in case there is information subject to timely disclosure, we will publish it in accordance with the timely disclosure rule.
